90-Day Unconditional Return Policy

  • Return Period: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your product for any reason.

  • Condition of Returns: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when it was received. This means:

    • Products must not have been used, washed, or altered from their original state.

    • All accessories, manuals, and instructions must be included.

  • Initiating a Return:

    • Provide your order number, the reason for return (not mandatory but helpful for us to improve), and your contact details.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

    • Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Exceptions:

    • Custom or Personalized Items: These cannot be returned unless they are defective or if there was an error in the customization process.

    • Sale or Discounted Items: These might be eligible for a store credit only.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods:

    • If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Slumberlights will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at your discretion.
